equipment needed
Access to a gym or decent home set up will help you get the most out of this programme but the minimal equipment required is a pull-up bar (obvs), long resistance bands/assisted machine, pulldown machine (ideally) and dumbbells if possible but not the end of the world.

Yes, if you have a pull-up bar (or doorway bar), bands, and dumbbells, you're good to go. A bench or box and dumbbells is helpful too but not a deal breaker.
