meet the founder

My name is Sam and I’m the founder of The Strong AF Club - I started it because I’ve always enjoyed being strong, active and competitive but I used to HATE the gym with a passion. It wasn’t until I was shown what to do and how to do it that I realised I actually f*cking loved lifting weights.

It wasn’t long until I realised that needed to be my mission, to get more women lifting weights and feeling the many benefits of doing so.
