How does it work?

We have a good old chat.

We’ll kick things off with a proper chinwag about where you’re at, where you’ve been and where you’d like to be. Proper personalised coaching is about meeting you where you’re at and creating a plan that makes you feel good and the only way to do that, is by getting to know you.

You get your arse going.

Your new coach will get you going with your very own personalised training plan, as well as any nutritional or lifestyle habits that will help you reach your goals. You’ll be super pumped because it’ll finally feel like you have someone in your corner and off you go.

You stick with it.

This is where having a coach really can change your life. A plan is important sure but checking in with your coach every week to chat about what went well, what didn’t and what needs to be done to make sure you keep smashing life, that’s where the real magic happens.

Who is your coach?

I’m Sam and I used to hate the gym with a passion. I’ve always been into sports and if I’m being honest, it’s made me the person I am today. But the idea of being in a gym and lifting weights would put me to sleep, not to mention I had no clue what I’d do when I was in there. When I was eventually shown how to lift, I fell in love and realised just how many other women were missing out from how epic lifting heavy sh*t made you feel. That being said, the industry is a bit shit and so I wanted to make sure women knew you didn’t have to spend every second in the gym to benefit from it. I love the way training makes me feel but I do it to make my life better, not consume it.
