“Before we started, I knew that training again would make me feel better just from previous experience, but that was tied to just how I looked I my head and not much else. I wasn’t in a good place at all really thinking back. What I have/am now is so much more than than tied to how I look. I train because I can, to be strong, because I enjoy it and losing weight is lovely result of what I put in, but it’s got nothing on how comfortable I feel in my own skin, how much my sleep has improved, my energy levels, my general mood.
