Movement checks and form support when you need it because watching a YouTube tutorial isn’t the same as having someone actually coach you. We’ll clean up your lifts and make every rep count.

We’ve got a lovely bunch of strong women doing the work with you. No judgement, no pressure just a group of like-minded women all showing up, lifting heavy, and figuring it out together. You’re not doing this alone.

Guidance around fuelling, recovery, and getting the most from your training. No more training hard, under-eating and feeling burnt out all of the time. I’ll help you understand what your body actually needs to perform and recover so you can feel the best you’ve ever felt.
